“We have been a Comcast now Xfinity customer for almost 30 years. We have stuck with them through thick and food and they have kept us as customers because they have found a way to always fix our problem or lower our cost for internet and phone. We had issues with our account and we stopped in at the store and it was handled quickly and professionally. I would say we are doing much better with our monthly bill because the internet and are two phones are a total of 109 where is our cable bill used to be 180 a month.”

Came in for an exchange. Two guys were working with other customers. A lady just walked around and checked people in and never helped anyone. She kept retreating to the back. Very poor customer service.”
