“I went to the business to see about an upgrade on my exhaust system for my 2020 GMC Sierra. I came back early on a Friday. They get busy fast as other customers come in. They said it would take approximately 4 hours. HOWEVER, when I came back my truck wasn’t even looked at yet. Nevertheless, I they apologized and got right to work. Well worth the wait! The work was done very well. Only 500.00 for dual black tip exhaust. Weird thing is, at least for me, they’re not to keen to take credit cards so make sure you have the cash available. I’d give them 5 stars, but when you are the second one at the shop at 0900 and you don’t get your vehicle back until 230 it makes for a long day of waiting so be flexible.Service: Exhaust”

“They sell you what you want. Needed a piece of 3/8 hose to repair a overflow hose. AZ and Advanced wouldn't sell to me because they said it wouldn't work. Both wanted to sell me a 85.00 factory hose. All I needed was a 2 foot piece and they had a piece about 2 and a half foot in the junk box and they gave it to me for free. Will go there from now on.”

“have not used a trim shop since the 60s.Had someone from terre haute attempt to replace headliner ion my honda ridgeline.Terrible job.Family lives in lafayette for 25 yrs said this is best place anywhere to go.He was right.Looks better than new ,folks have pride and class in their work.Very hard to find in this day and age.Old time craftsmanship and 1st line quality.Please do not ever go anywhere else.Their price was very very reasonable and worth the drive from brazil,in area to there.If you want to ask me anything else,Call the shop and tell them the guy with the gray 2007 honda ridgeliner I picked up yesterday and he can giv e you my tx number. “NOV '23 I swapped paint with someone in a parking lot and pushed the rear bumper in a bit. Just got the car back from Maaco. The car looks great, it was done on time, and the estimate was accurate. I went to 6 places for estimates - 1 never answered, 2 told me to come back later, and 3 gave me estimates. Maaco had the lowest price AND the fastest turnaround time of the estimates, and they stuck to their word! Very happy and will go to them first next time.NEW REVIEWJAN 24 Brought in my Fusion to have a crack in the bumper repaired. The folks at Maaco fixed the bumper (and washed off a scuff that I thought was a scratch and wasn’t!). The car looks brand new. It was done on time, and they didn’t exceed the quote they gave me. Still the lowest quoted, fastest turnaround time that I’ve found. Plus, they’re just pleasant to deal with- respectful, responsive, down to earth. My car looks as good as a Fusion can (and very clean)! :)”

“Crew Carwash broke the back windshield wiper off my car. They required that a collision/body shop provides a quotation. I called Lafayette Auto Plus, and the rep scheduled an appointment for a free estimate at my convenience. I was in and out in fifteen minutes.They sent the quotation directly to Crew so I didn’t have to sort out the money through either the Carwash folks or the body shop — this made things so smooth for me.Everyone I spoke to was incredibly nice, but Danny went above and beyond for me. He kept me in the loop on the claim status with Crew and ordering my parts, and the repair was done in less than half an hour. Everything was perfect, the wiper is beautiful, and I couldn’t be happier.I truly hope I don’t need a body shop again in the future, but when life happens, I’ll absolutely be visiting Lafayette Auto Plus again. If you’re reading this review, you’re probably looking for a good collision shop, and I can’t recommend this shop enough. 5/5 stars.”
