I have always made it a point to go to this location for my phone needs. Jared is great, howevet today(Saturday) waited over 1 hour and 15 minutes and was never waited on. At least 5 other people came and left while I waited. This location definitely needs to hire another representative for Saturday customer demand.

I like and appreciate that they help kicks with their backpack events before school starts each year. It helps a lot of kids out.
