“UPDATE [10/19/23] I had to physically go into the store (Kokomo) to get my issue resolved. I had the pleasure of working with Sally, who is phenomenal. She was able to quickly resolve my issue, and I was out of the store in no time. Xfinity needs to keep her at all costs. If it wasn't for this positive experience, I would've paid anything to get rid of this service provider.It's absolutely IMPOSSIBLE to get anyone on the phone, and an email, or get anything resolved without having to physically go into a store; this company's customer service is non-existent; I hate their service, their inability to provide ANY service what so ever. Stay clear and proceed with caution.”
