“Joe Hudson’s staff was extremely helpful and professional from the beginning to the end of the process. My car was it, prior to April 2024. I wasn’t in the car at the time. The people who hit it didn’t have the common courtesy to leave their information imagine that. I would like to find a reasonable place to have 24/7 360 degree surveillance cameras direct wired into my car. Nevertheless, I would highly recommend Joe Hudson’s, why because I grew up in the Eastend and I know they’ve been in our community for a very long time. I know this because they are always busy doing great quality work, and that’s why the East End thrives on being affiliated with great companies like Joe Hudson’s.

“Got a run around on prices. After dropping 1,500$ I've got the exact same issue I had before I took it in. I hear because they didn't have the right tool. Now it's another 1,200$. It was your tech that told me that you all didn't have the right tool to fix the lower control arms. so I'm guessing that you all let it go and hoped that the work that was done would solve the issue. I owe you an apology. I've had some health issues and got in a bad situation. At the time I didn't understand what you all were trying to tell me. Maybe we could do something to get past all this. I could still use a good mechanic. Again I apologize. Randy.”
“Vehicle maintenance, if you drive often, is a given. No one drives for free. When and if you get to the point where your transmission is in question drop by Barr's and talk to Kevin, the owner and operator. He is extremely honest and well educated on transmission maintenance. I have used him twice in the past 15 years and he is my transmission guy. Give him the opportunity to at least give you an honest estimate. He guarantees all his work.”

That was with them having to drain my fuel tanks to replace the lines. You couldn’t ask for better people, they got me done quickly and in my opinion gave me a good price.
