***THE RECEPTIONIST CRYSTAL on 6/30/2025 HAS BEEN RUDE TO ME FOR THE 2ND TIME. She said 1 thing, back tracked and said the complete opposite after trying to understand by asking questions. Cut me off while I was talking. Then transferred me while in the middle of asking a question. I have been a client at lifespring for almost 25 years. I finally found the best therapist (Emily) who is willing to do her job. The NP (Kayla) is great as well. Both very young but actually willing to listen and do their job. The male psychiatrist (Anthony) is great as well. I have never had issues here until the psychiatrist Dr Bouldin retired. I saw 2 med Drs (Tiffany and then Alyssa) who I did NOT connect with until Emily picked up the ball that was dropped by the front desk. I expressed my feelings about the med Drs and she (receptionist) failed to inform me that there was another psychiatrist (Anthony) I could see. She knowingly let me quit taking all meds cold turkey which was dangerous instead of offering an appt with Anthony. She was rude to me when I refused an appt with Tiffany and Alyssa expressing the issues I had. I am generally an easy going understanding person. I've worked in customer service plenty of times. So I DO understand dealing with people. I obviously have mental health issues myself, so I DO understand dealing with people with mental health issues. I deal or try to deal with myself every second of every day. And I know it's not easy. But I don't just come at people sideways. Crystal needs an immediate course on how to talk to people. (Customer service is NOT the correct career for Crystal) I give back what people give me. I don't ask for special treatment and I don't expect special treatment. But I do expect respect when I give respect. (Age doesn't matter in giving respect. I'm not aware of the receptionist age. I think she's younger than me.) So Crystal this is NOT the only place I've made our encounters known. ***WORD OF MOUTH IS THE BEST PUBLICITY. FRIENDS AND FAMILY LISTEN TO FRIENDS AND FAMILY WHEN RESEARCHING PLACES PRODUCTS AND DOCTORS. AND I AM TELLING THE WORLD. AND I WILL TELL EVERY ENCOUNTER AT EVERY PLACE WE COME IN CONTACT AT.*** I've seen that others have also had issues with reception at this facility. I would hate to have to find new therapists psychiatrists and primary care Drs. Since I've been established here for so long, but I will.***

It's a 1 stop shop. You can see a Dr, NP, therapist, psychiatrist, and case worker. People are nice. (Most of the time) They even have a rehab across the parking lot. I've been going to Lifespring for years. I've gone to the one in New Albany, downtown Jeff, and the one on Sharon Dr in Jeff. I've liked most of my therapists. The NP actually listens and tries to help. They are bad about giving results.”

“It has been a nightmare to say the least. On hold for over and hour at several times and had to hang up, like I have nothing better to do than sit on the phone to talk to someone and open a communication with my doctors office. Oh did I mention my doctors office could not get through and when they did, Briova sent a fax that said they could not contact me, but they did and the order was filled, but again no communication on shipping again. AND NOW WE CAN'T SHIP CAUSE THE SHOT ONLY COME IN 200 mmm. I called and someone actually picked up the phone. Thanks to Vanessa months of hell dealing with this issue was resolved.”

“Shout out to whoever that lady was working in the pharmacy tonight!! She literally got my script filled in 10 minutes no joke!! I’ve been waiting on cvs for 7 hrs and decided to take my script to Walgreens instead and she got it done alone in 10 minutes!! She did what her title is and theta get us our medication!! And it’s Christmas she deserves an award cause I’m sure I wasn’t the only one! Thank you sooo much Ms. lady.

“Picking up groceries was fast .
But I was second car in line to get medicine the first car left after 15 minutes and I got to window no one at window after pushing button it took another 10 minutes before someone said be with you in a minute well 32 min later finally received help and medicine. Wow you need a lot of work there saw people talking and walking around but was not willing to help. Not a good business practice.”

“I have not ever had a problem here. I wish I could respond to others comments because some are misinformed or have unrealistic expectations.
When you have “insurance issues” that isn’t Walgreens fault, that is your doctor not getting the proper approval from the insurance company so they can’t fill it. Have your insurance company call on your behalf and they can get it for you.
As far as people upset about them closing for lunch, it is clearly marked at every location and if you call it is mentioned several times and also marked on the app. They are open for so long, make a better choice and go at a different time. They deserve the same basic rights that we all do.
I doubt this will be seen by those who need to but posting on here doesn’t educate yourself with what is happening. Computers can only do so much. The workers don’t personally handle every individual prescription.”
