“I have been going to Life Springs for 10+ years now and they has saved my life in so many ways. I couldn't have asked for a better team to support me all these years, I've seen some of the best people come and go over time and it's still hard to this day to see them gone, but I'm very happy for them and hope their happy with the beginnings of a new chapter in their lives too. Thank you Life Springs for never giving up on me! (Everyone has a right to their opinion, it upsets me to see these negative reviews. Sometimes there are setbacks, but that doesn’t mean you stop trying or just give-up, just because of a few incidents… things happen. I’ve been through it with them here too, but you just have to keep on top of it and try even harder. Not everyone will be happy with their service, but not everybody has to be and like I said I’ve been going there for over 10yrs and I know best that people come and go and their not always perfect, but be patient and at least give them some respect, because there are very good people there! Just basically saying; just because you have had one bad incident or so there, doesn’t mean it’s ALL bad. Try again…”

“It has been a nightmare to say the least. On hold for over and hour at several times and had to hang up, like I have nothing better to do than sit on the phone to talk to someone and open a communication with my doctors office. Oh did I mention my doctors office could not get through and when they did, Briova sent a fax that said they could not contact me, but they did and the order was filled, but again no communication on shipping again. AND NOW WE CAN'T SHIP CAUSE THE SHOT ONLY COME IN 200 mmm. I called and someone actually picked up the phone. Thanks to Vanessa months of hell dealing with this issue was resolved.”

“Shout out to whoever that lady was working in the pharmacy tonight!! She literally got my script filled in 10 minutes no joke!! I’ve been waiting on cvs for 7 hrs and decided to take my script to Walgreens instead and she got it done alone in 10 minutes!! She did what her title is and theta get us our medication!! And it’s Christmas she deserves an award cause I’m sure I wasn’t the only one! Thank you sooo much Ms. lady.

They had the prescription filled by the next morning when we dropped it off an hour before closing and offered to have it done the same day. Their service was exceptional and very appreciated!”

“Friendly staff that are always kind & helpful. I am an amputee that lives near by, I ride my electric wheelchair to the store regularly. I’ve not had a bad experience. They always help with my bags regardless of volume/crowd.
The store is handicap accessible, including the bathroom.
If you need extra help while at the store ask the staff. I’ve not had a problem with their willingness to help :)
There is a problem with the pharmacy. It seems to be getting worse. I hope they deal with this soon. The store is great, and actually going inside to the pharmacy has been a better experience. But calling is extremely frustrating. I don’t think, overall, it’s as bad as a lot of people seem to but Walgreens-read these reviews, the pharmacy is running people off :/”
