Easy to schedule service, but they are very tightly scheduled. If they find a minor issue, it has to be rescheduled. I had defective lug nuts that had to be rescheduled and were not covered by the bumper to bumper warranty, and that my Lincoln depreciated by $22k in less than 2 years, neither of which was any fault of the... read full comment

Ruxer’s has a nice waiting room with drinks and snacks. Wait time was longer than initially expected but there were a few items identified that i was not prepared for when i left home. Agent was very professional

I have had both of my vehicles there this month with issues that were hard to figure out. They got me in right away, Adam was very honest with me about the service and cost. Did a good job on both vehicles. Be back when it's oil change time!
