Look five stars is not the closest rating they deserve. Twrey went above and beyond helping us with our engine. I hope u never need them but let me tell u extension 14508 is a number I will never forget. And as for Jared and his team locally for my area the greatest service with them as well. Don't put your hard earned money anywhere else trust Jasper and call them and then dial extension 14508 answer a million questions with no obligation. Thanks so much Jasper Engine for our Diseal Engine

1 STAR is to many! Like many others I purchased a replacement transmission from Jasper and the warranty. Well less than 1200 miles later, most of the miles getting home from two different dealerships. Transmission is shot. Only to find out that yes even with the additional coverage that I purchased on the labor I will still be paying about $60 an hour out of my pocket for the replacement of the new transmission because the original one sent was crap. Typical, they do anything they can to avoid covering their sub par workmanship. DO NOT BUY from JASPER. Crappy product and even worse customer service. Run as fast as you can if the shop recommends a Jasper product!

We have installed Jasper engines and transmissions for 30 years and had no problems. NONE. I suspect amatuer installers have problems caused by lack of skill and knowledge. Things do not always go smooth as they imagine when they say "i can do that" we don't need no mechanic.

I'm done with Jasper.. Third engine replacement due to bad engines they sold me. I had to cover the labor. I will never recommend them to ANYONE!

Purschsed a Jasper Transmission after about 4 weeks of use I totally lost reverse. I purchased a 3 year / 100,000 miles warranty. ( Parts and Labor ). I was told that Jaspaer only covers up to 90 dollars a hour on labor and doesn't cover fluids. So now after purchasing a 6500.00 transmission and paying to have it installed. I will now have to pay an additional 45.00 dollars a hour per hour of repair and an additional 190.00 worth of fluids,at my own expense. Because the transmission failure is a 100 percent defect from Jasper.. Buyer Beware.... I'd give zero stars if possible . Gary Smith.

I will steer away from Jasper Transmissions, in the future. My current Jasper Transmission (in my minivan) lost 2nd, 5th & 6th gears after 76,000 miles. Unfortunately, this was 3 years & 9.5 months after installation, which means it’s out of warranty. I spent thousands of dollars on it (in addition to regular maintenance), thinking that I was ensuring that our family vehicle’s transmission would outlast the rest of the van. I will now be giving thousands to another transmission company, hoping that it is more reliable than Jasper’s production #650447.
