That is taking care of your customer! Ruxers allowed us to take the vehicle home for the night, no documentation fees and just a warm experience. Their service dept is the same.”

“I took my Hyundai in for a growling noise when turning. Justin figured out the issue, let me know that he’d seen a couple of other issues, and helped me determine which services I could potentially push until another visit. He got rid of the growling noise and popped on some new brakes, and I never felt pressured to get an unnecessary service. I’ll definitely be going back whenever I need repairs.”

“They never communicate with customers to discuss what parts they are using to replace old parts.
If you ask them to rotate tires when oil change is being done they would tell you they did but they really don’t. I’m speaking from my experience, so just have that in mind.”

“My family and I were traveling home from Holiday World when our vehicle started overheating. We were three and a half hours away from home and needed help. We called Denny's and Doug came to us at our location! Talk about customer service! He quickly found the issue which turned out to be a slow antifreeze leak. He filled the tank and put a new lid on it. Good as new! And he didn't charge us an arm and a leg!! We were able to get home without worry! People of Jasper, you are lucky to have Doug and the other folks from Denny's Auto Parts and Sales!”

“Easy to schedule service, but they are very tightly scheduled. If they find a minor issue, it has to be rescheduled. I had defective lug nuts that had to be rescheduled and were not covered by the bumper to bumper warranty, and that my Lincoln depreciated by $22k in less than 2 years, neither of which was any fault of the dealership.”

We had not one but two tires on our RV fail while traveling and stranded us at a rest area in Ferdinand, IN - Thanks to the gentleman who took our call on a Sunday afternoon and sent Trevor out only an hour or so later to install two new tires for us and get us back on the road so fast. He was knowledgeable and friendly especially on a hot humid afternoon.”
