“The only mechanic in town that we use. They are always super friendly, honest, call before proceeding with any repairs, with an almost exact estimate for the repair(s) before proceeding with any work. Usually takes a week or two to book an appointment, but they will ALWAYS call if something comes up with a quicker repair date. Never had any issues after the work had been completed, and never overcharged for the work that has been done on our vehicles. Absolutely hands down one of the best mechanics in town, explains the issues and what needs to be done to repair and calls as soon as the repairs are done and your vehicle is ready to pick up.”
“My family and I were traveling home from Holiday World when our vehicle started overheating. We were three and a half hours away from home and needed help. We called Denny's and Doug came to us at our location! Talk about customer service! He quickly found the issue which turned out to be a slow antifreeze leak. He filled the tank and put a new lid on it. Good as new! And he didn't charge us an arm and a leg!! We were able to get home without worry! People of Jasper, you are lucky to have Doug and the other folks from Denny's Auto Parts and Sales!”
