I had a return but did not have a box so Joseph help me bag my item up and take pieces apart, which was a job in itself I legit would not have been able to do it without him. We were outside in the heat. He did not have to help me at all, and if it wasn’t for him, I probably wouldn’t have even returned the item due to the fact it was so hard to package back up. If I would’ve been able to him, I would’ve given him $100 for his help. Best customer service I’ve ever had and needs recognition for what he did for me today! 10 out of 10”

“Cory is the main person I have dealt with at this location, however, ALL of the women what work here are fabulous! I’ve only seen 1 man and he was a filler, he was nice too. They are usually very busy but take care of customers in a timely manner. I will say this to customers, it would help the staff if you showed up prepared. If it’s an Amazon return, you know you need to have either the QRcode or it must be pre labeled and packaged. Why aren’t you ready when you arrive. Stop holding up the line by not showing up prepared. I don’t mind waiting when the customers are prepared when they arrive. If you are just shipping UPS, you know you need the package to have specific information on it. The point is, be as prepared as possible so that there is less stress in the employees, especially when there is a line. They work hard to service us, the customer, let’s make it easier on them as a good customer!”
“Dee, the store manager, was cool, calm and collected the entire time there was a long line of people waiting to be helped. Dee made sure to keep everyone engaged and speak to everyone even while it was extremely hot and stuffy in the store. He was so patient, especially with me having a lot of items to ship. I usually come prepared to drop things off, but I came in needing tons of help. He and the other lady that was managing the packages felt heaven sent. It was truly hard to be inpatient and irritated after seeing how compassionate he was. The customer service was stellar!”

It was around 3:00 PM on a Sunday and the location with only one other patron in store. It was a quick and fast weigh and pack, and I got all my board games at the estimated time back home with none worse for wear.
Now I know, usually, print and shipping places aren't reviewed well in the area, I had been reading through the experiences of at least 8 different locations around here. So I took a chance, stayed positive, and was happy to have found a place that worked for what I needed.”

I was able to size to what they needed using Canva to avoid the fee if they had to open and adjust it. Then saved as PDF then emailed to them. They printed it several times the ONLY printer their management allows them to have and it never came out right as far as color. The staff was patient and never argued with me about it, they adjusted the print a few times. We finally just decided it was good enough. The management of this place need to provide better wide format printers, the Canon is all they have and it cannot print accurately. Either they are using 3rd party inks which are not right for the machine or it is just a bad printer. They should at least have two that are different brands for cases where the color isn't right. The prices they charge for a single 12x16" matte print should justify a calibrated printer.”

I like that there is an office supply store in the Glendale area because the other options are far north or west and I prefer not to have to deal with the traffic in the Castleton area or Michigan Road area. Unfortunately, there are no options east.”
