“Due to an unfortunate shipping experience with an online retailer, I was referred to Sai’s as a “hail mary” to get an outfit on short notice. I was in desperate need of a lehenga for a wedding happening the very next day and was met immediately with a knowledgeable staff who basically knew my measurements just by looking at me. The staff went above and beyond with my incredibly short timeline to make sure I was taken care of, and even suggested jewelry to complete the look! “I was walking thru the mall the other day with a friend, and we passed by Zales across from Rogers & Hollands, and I saw a watch that caught my eye. The people were busy, and instead of showing me any interest or greeting me or telling me they'd be with me shortly, they ignored me at Zales. I walked away after 15 minutes. Right across from Zales, however, was this awesome business. They had the same watch I liked, and the manager was busy with someone else and still showed me regard and then promptly got with me. He was informative, helpful, and relatable. He also gave me a better deal than what Zales had on the tag and fit my watch for me. My friend with me appreciated this store so much, he purchased a new watch from Joshua @ Rogers and Hollands, too. 10/10 Customer Experience Rating. What an amazingly warm welcome I received from Joann Carter, a beautiful and bright woman who was willing to share all of her wares along with amazing stories of custom jewelry over the years. We had over an hour by ourselves to have fun and explore. All the options were tempting and priced well. I walked away with three beautiful stacked diamond bracelets that will be a treasured addition for years to come. No longer will I be seeking what’s new else ware but with Joann and team. “What a great boutique on Mass Ave! I stopped in mostly because it was hot out and I'm glad I did. They have a great selection of items. Everything from jewelry, leather bags, glass ware, some house wares and even horoscope perfumes. Items come from everywhere and are high quality. I'm giving serious thought to going back for the bag pictured just need to decide on a color! Definitely worth checking out!!”

It was fun to work with Steve to brainstorm and create something new and just mine and within budget. Lots of great ideas and options.
