Barrington got me in right away and one of their astute jewelers got the ring off expertly. I had it resized there and it’s beautiful with no evidence of a cut. I highly recommend Barrington for friendly and expert service!”

“Due to an unfortunate shipping experience with an online retailer, I was referred to Sai’s as a “hail mary” to get an outfit on short notice. I was in desperate need of a lehenga for a wedding happening the very next day and was met immediately with a knowledgeable staff who basically knew my measurements just by looking at me. The staff went above and beyond with my incredibly short timeline to make sure I was taken care of, and even suggested jewelry to complete the look! I tried on a few outfits and was able to walk out with my lehenga the same day!! The customer service was amazing and I can’t recommend them enough!”

“I was walking thru the mall the other day with a friend, and we passed by Zales across from Rogers & Hollands, and I saw a watch that caught my eye. The people were busy, and instead of showing me any interest or greeting me or telling me they'd be with me shortly, they ignored me at Zales. I walked away after 15 minutes. Right across from Zales, however, was this awesome business. They had the same watch I liked, and the manager was busy with someone else and still showed me regard and then promptly got with me. He was informative, helpful, and relatable. He also gave me a better deal than what Zales had on the tag and fit my watch for me. My friend with me appreciated this store so much, he purchased a new watch from Joshua @ Rogers and Hollands, too. 10/10 Customer Experience Rating. “amending a review of the previous location to fit the new. First congratulations to Brit and family on the new location. it is beautiful. unfortunately, the new location being 30 minutes from me means my patronage will be significantly less frequent. seems to be a higher focus on goods than crystals upon walking in the store (could be contributed to the loss and I will give this time). I will say also as beautiful as the space is the lighting makes it hard to see some of the pieces. i found myself walking to the garage doors to check for rainbows. I truly hope the north side blesses you and frequents the store. we will miss you being a regular part of our weekly routine but will make the trip as we are able”
