“The whole process was amazing. Customer service was 10/10. I don’t remember her name but the lady that I met really helped with calming me down and telling me the pain level. She was extremely sweet. We picked out our earrings and Malakai was my piercer and he was amazing. He could tell that I was nervous so he made conversation with me, he took his time marking the holes and even clean the mark off and starting over because it wasn’t right. When it came time to get the actual piercing done it was quick and painless (honestly felt like a pinch for 2 seconds). After leaving I wanted to go back and get another one done. I give this location a 10/10 and I hope Malakai is still there in a couple of months when I plan on going back to get my cartilage done.”

“I went in to get my 10k gold bracelet repaired and I was kind of expecting to pay a decent chunk of money for the repair, but I went in, the lady I spoke to (her name is Kemeral, I highly recommend her) just got it from me, and less that 2 minutes later, she got it repaired AND cleaned it. It looks brand new, it’s fully functional, and because it was an easy fix, she charged me nothing. Fantastic service, great customer care, and great quality work!”
