“This is probably the nicest hotel I've had the pleasure of being a guest at. Rooms are spacious and very clean. The industrial-modern architecture and design are very appealing. From what used to be an old Coca-Cola bottling factory to what it is now is truly amazing to see. The coffee shop is great. The restaurant is truly amazing as well. We ordered 10 different menu items to my pure delight. I was happy dancing and singing songs to the food!Nearby activities: There's a good food court building across the street called The Garage.The bowling alley across the street is so much fun! It's mini pins. Great bar as well.There are several walking distance restaurants nearby.Walkability: We walked to a German restaurant one night.There are several bars and shops and restaurants within walking distance.”
“Shawnita was extraordinarily helpful as I checked in she volunteered cart service as well as helping me check in not only was she kind and considerate she went above and beyond making me feel welcome. Please give her a raise ASAP as you need to hire more individuals like Shawnita.

“Love drurys...wish they had more locations...usually clean, quiet and comfortable rooms. This location is right off I 69 which is under construction but it wasn't hard to get to. Also heard no road noise. I can always eat something at drurys even with my multiple food sensitivities. Staff very friendly.”

“Very safe area. Extremely clean room, with enough well stocked towels. Tv worked excellent. The staff was extremely nice & helpful. Overall I am very happy with my stay :) & I would recommend to stay here to others if you’re in the area! Extremely close to everything.
The only con is the fridge/freezer didn’t actually keep anything cold so I spent my stay with Luke warm water. & there is not warm coffee available throughout the whole day.”

“This location has offered my husband and I the friendliest service. Every staff member has been so welcoming and accommodating. The rooms, linens, and beds have all been extremely clean. The hotel is in close proximity to food and entertainment. I appreciate everyone at this hotel. You are all wonderful!

Nearby activities: Mucky ducks for 21+ and sky zone for kids. Also not far from great times and downtown.
Safety: Felt extremely safe. Parking lot well lit.

“Home2 is my favorite Hilton brand, and this one might be the best one I’ve been to. The room was clean and spacious, the staff was friendly (shoutout to Arieyanna), and the breakfast was well-stocked with various options.Rooms: I love that Home2 has a mini full kitchen in the room along with plenty of counter and storage space. I was also amused by the shape of the shower for some reason (and speaking of the shower, it was nice that there were little shelves in there). Most hotel bathrooms only have one outlet, but this one had two. I just wish that there had been lotion and soap dispensers by the sink instead of just a bar of soap.Food & drinks: The continental breakfast in the morning had great variety and was well-stocked. There were restaurants nearby as well as a grocery store.”

Beautiful porch to sip your coffee in the mornings. 3rd time return guests and will be back.Nearby activities: Mass Ave is a great area to explore. Coffee shops, Restaurants, Bars, Live Music, Boutiques. Chatterbox Jazz Club has to be on your checklist . Along with St Joseph's Brewery.Walkability: Easy walking access, felt safe the entire time day or night, quiet neighborhood just a block away from Mass Ave.”

“Stayed here for American Coatings Show in 23 and 24. Great location next to convention center and restaurants. Kati at front desk was very nice, learned my name and said good morning to me everyday day. Bed was extremely comfortable, I'm looking to buy some of the same pillows online. Custom elevator music and unique perfume are nice touches.”
“This place is lovely! We were on the first floor so it was comfortable and quiet. They do conveniently Supply ear plugs if you feel the noise of the planes going over bother you, but I believe they have done their best to build the hotel with as much noise dampening material as they can!”

“My wife picked this location and kept telling me what a great choice she made. I watched the Bills win on Monday night football in the lounge. I watched my daughter's family swim in the pool. And grandkids played boardgames with Grandma and me in the expansive lobby. The breakfast choices were also a great start to each day.
Nearby activities: The burger joint next door is worth one visit for lunch or dinner.”

Before coming, I called the hotel twice. Both times they answered on the first ring and were really helpful.
The location is AMAZING! A hop, skip and a jump away from the arena and many great restaurants. A ten minute walk from the popular Mass Ave. Across the street from bus station. Safe and clean area.
Our room was spacious, practical and clean. Clean bathroom. Hot shower. Plenty of towels. Very quick room service.
The cleaning staff was efficient and delightful.
Kate and her team at the front desk were professional and friendly and wonderful to be around.
Very comfortable lobby.
If you are travelling with a wheelchair, the hotel is very accessible. Very spacious and well thought out rooms.
Walkability: Walking distance from many great spots.”

I been coming to this Hotel for months now and all the staff is always attentive and friendly, The check-in process was swift and seamless, with the front desk staff providing a warm welcome. They were quick to accommodate my early check-in request and took the time to explain all the amenities available during my stay.
Love this Hotel, my go-to place in Indy.

“Really nice disabled parking facilities, they got pool and really big gym the only issues that I faced was the sink didn’t have hot water but the shower did have hot water and the ironing bench had really noticeable dust on it.”

“Drove down for the eclipse and the Westin went all out! From the giant countdown timer on the wall to the Indy car in the lobby to the desk staff in astronaut outfits, it's clear they know how to entertain and make for a great experience. The hotel itself has been remodeled and is large enough to host conferences - a plus if you're looking to spread out and enjoy the facilities. There's a well appointed gym on floor three with everything you need. I was a bit disappointed that 2/3 of the pelotons were in need of maintenance. The lounge on floor 3 is also a great place to grab breakfast, have a drink, or work from throughout the day. Stepping into the room, you'll be delighted by the spacious bedroom and bathroom. Plenty of space for sleeping, working, and relaxing. The bed and linens are super soft and you look forward to sleeping in at the end of the day. An added bonus that this property is in the heart of downtown and steps to the capitol, restaurants, museum, etc.”

“The only downside i have found being the qr code to park its all on phone but besides that nice views 20 min walk from food and small stores ontop of that it has a nice homey warm modern look i can't hear the room next to us and staff was going down the elevator and held it for us for the price its grate the beds are also super comfortable i dont know about you but i liked that the ac could change temp fast i have not ate the breakfast yet but so far i give it a 5 starRooms: Comfortable modern i dont recommend traveling with people you cant trust the bathrooms are a slide door with no lockNearby activities: 20 min walk for food and small storesSafety: I felt quite safe its in a nice part of IndianapolisWalkability: Like a said everything is a 20 min walk away all tho the lobby and rooms are in different buildingsFood & drinks: Options are decent have not had the breakfast yet but i hope its goodNoteworthy details: The modern look, there is a QR code to pay to park, 20 min walk from everything, comfortable beds”
“This B&B was perfect for us. We celebrated our wedding anniversary here. It was worth every dime we spent. The staff was excellent. The treatmentGiven to you~ 5stars. Our innkeeper was thoughtful, friendly, kind, and informative of the area. We felt like we were visiting a friends home!! Everything was very clean, the home & rooms smelled nice.The breakfast offered was nice too.The only downside. Hard to locate the parking area. But once found easy to get to.We will definitely be returning and do recommend it for anyone!Rooms: Our room was wonderful. Plenty of space, very clean, plenty of plush pillows and a wonderfully comfortable bed. You felt safe, it was quiet, and loved the historic abeyance.Nearby activities: A hidden gem, The Benjamin Harrison Presidential house, only a 5 minute walk, a wonderful full tour of home, staff was amazing and extremely friendly & helpful. With in a 15 to 20 minute drive to any number of amazing locations. Circle square, museums, art galleries, Eateries, quaint shops, and so much more.Also, the Indianapolis Zoo is amazing.Safety: Felt very safe”
“This is such a unique place. If you're looking q place that makes you think of The Shining this is the place. Lol. It really is in a good creepy way. It's centrally located so it was amazing. But please know if you have any kind of physical disability then this is not the place for you. The elevator wasn't working so we had to take the manual elevator. So thst means if no one is there to operate it you have to clime the stairs to your room. Yeah...that isn't good. But would I stay here again? Absolutely!! We all still had an amazing time.”

“This is a nice hotel for the price. Very close to the airport and I also have an airport shuttle. When I came in, I got checked in really quick and I got an upgrade because of my Platinum status. The suite was huge and was very nice.
The room was nice and it had like a full living room, and then the bedroom was really big and off of the main living room area, there is a small balcony.
Rooms: The suite that I got upgraded to was big. It was like a small apartment with a living room and a really large bedroom with two beds.
It was very comfortable, very clean and also there was a small balcony.
Nearby activities: Is very close to the airport and probably about a 15-minute drive from downtown and other major activities.
Walkability: Not really much nearby within walking distance period
Food and drinks: There is the cafe downstairs with good food the menu is a little bit small but the food is good.
