“This Courtyard is fairly new and in a great location adjacent to the local mall. You can literally walk out the doors and enjoy shopping and dining options as well as the AMC Movie Theatre. The property is immaculate and comfortable and has the amenities you'll want such as the fitness center. Breakfast is a little upscale here but I think it is overpriced for what you get. I was surprised it wasn't included in the room rate to be honest, but I guess the hotels need to make money where they can. One feature I do love about the newer Courtyard properties is they have a walk-in shower where the control valve is located right by the place you step in, but away from the shower head. This lets you set the water temperature without getting doused with ice water by the shower when it first starts up. I also appreciate it's just 10 minutes from the Indy airport so I can get to my room quickly after a long flight or get back to the airport without a long drive. Recommended.”

“This is a really clean hotel and for a decent price. The room had some cosmetic issues (i.e. lamps on either side of the bed didn't work, no outlet/USB near bed) but overall the room was very clean and comfortable. Check-in and breakfast staff was friendly. The breakfast included hot food options (egg/cheese omelet, sausage links, biscuit/gravy, & waffles), fruit, cereal, juice, muffins, yogurt, and more. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay again.”

“Best hotel experience I’ve ever had. My boyfriend and I travel the country for our work, staybridge has offered one of the most comfortable experiences for not only us but also our cat. Every employee is friendly & helpful, you never pass a single one that doesn’t greet you or ask how your day is. Highly recommend!”

“This hotel was a surprise. On the outside it looks plan but the rooms were so comfortable and the bed was great! We went for the indoor pool but it was freezing so they upgraded us to the suite with the hot tub and we loved it. Very comfortable hot tub for two. Clean and fresh linens with nice pillows. Nice tvs with good channel options. Wifi was very easy to connect with and fast. Hallways and parking lot are well lit and clean. Felt very safe. Service was friendly and very accommodating. McDonald's and Speedway gas station within walking distance. Very nice hotel. We will be going back to try the pool again.Rooms: Very nice rooms. Clean with nice linens and pillows.Safety: Well lit and staff very visible.Walkability: Speedway gas station And McDonald's within walking distance.Food & drinks: Great breakfast variety.”

“Manager Venkata Nattam is very rude and disrespectful. Made me and my friends very uncomfortable during our stay. Was told that since we had 2 guests the price for the room would be more. Do not recommend staying here !!!! Horrible customer service. Spend your money elsewhere. 0/10 for the experience.Also, my reviews keep on getting deleted so clearly somebody is trying to hide the true and HELPFUL reviews.Safety: He called out that we had 2 guests which how would anybody know who was sleeping in the room? We were gone most of our stay… so this is concerning .. (cameras in the room????)As a single female, do not recommend staying here. Did not feel safe at all.”
