The pharmacy was incredibly rude and lied about our prescription refill. They argued with my pregnant wife and insulted us, claiming it was our fault. This level of unprofessionalism is completely unacceptable. I strongly advise against using this pharmacy.

CVS' loss prevention initiatives have placed added burdens on its' employees and its' customers. I don't know that I will continue shopping there.

Unfortunately I had a rare medical episode in the CVS on Washington St. In Indianapolis. The employees just walked past and stared at me as I was near passed out on my back on their floor for 20 min, no offers to call 911 or anything.
