“The gyro wasn't as good as I thought it was going to be, for some reason based off the other comments on here I thought there would be fresh gyro meat but the lady making the gyro pulled it out the fridge and microwaved it.. wouldn't go back for the gyros or the baklava ( that was old too). It's a good pit stop for other essentials though.”

“I stop in at this speedway often mainly because the gas prices here are cheaper than anyplace else on this part of the south side. The employees are always friendly and get me in and out of there in a hurry, whenever I have to go inside. And amazingly (and unlike many in the area) this filling station actually has all the amenities necessary to clean the windows of my car. For some reason, most places just don't keep them filled anymore. I def suggest stopping in here if you're ever in the area. They're awesome!”

“Good drink, food, and tobacco selection for a store of their size (note:small with a capital S). Well stocked too. I have to deduct one star for the store not being totally wheelchair friendly, and the somewhat awkward parking, though.”

“When we arrived this afternoon, the weather was horribly cold and windy outside. But inside the AgHort Building, at the Indiana State Fairgrounds, it was warm and filled with approximately 94 Hoosier exhibitors selling 20 different types of products. The well-organized and interesting booths kept the crowd moving smoothly even though the isles were congested at times. The Package Pickup area by the entrance was a blessing and eliminated the need to drag packages from booth to booth.We found several exhibitors we've enjoyed at past shows as well as several first-time exhibitors at this year's marketplace. Ceramics and Pottery are always my favorite exhibitors. This year, I purchased gorgeous pottery from Carol Bell of Blue Moon Pottery out of Noblesville, Indiana. My husband fell in love with a couple of pieces of photography by Ted Tarquinio of TLT Photography from Louisville, Kentucky. Exquisite colors, and we can't wait to frame them.Phenomenal leather purses, by Kerry Moncrieff, were available to purchase, plus worth the investment. There appeared to be an abundance of extremely talented artists displaying their stunning paintings, watercolors, and drawings.Other areas I greatly enjoy are the spectacular wooden cutting/cheese boards, chocolates, candies, baked goods, sauces, and flavored vinaigrettes, along with the breweries and winery's products. Basically, anything food related, earthy woods, and pottery grab my attention.I'm glad we decided to attend even if the weather was crappy. Luckily, we found a parking spot ($10) directly in front of the Ag building entrance and was in and out within a couple of minutes. We definitely plan on attending this affordable event ($10) again next year. If you enjoy shopping, mark your calendar for the next show.”

“Great corner gas station in a great location. They have a good selection of drinks inside and an in house restaurant with several items to choose from. Lots of bad for you fried comfort food. They also have a great vape selection with actual brands you've heard of like Smok, including whole starter kits and juices. Honestly, there is a lot more in this little corner gas station than you would expect.”

“The neighborhood use to be, not the greatest, not going to say it was the worst place in town but it definitely was a bit on the rough side. That is not the case any longer. I'm sure they're still spots that are rough. But for the most part it's a nice, quiet, clean-ish area. Plus if you hang out there long enough you never know what you might see. I was there one day and a guy pulled up with a huge smoker attached to the front of his truck and he was smoking chicken and it smelled so good I wanted to buy it but he said it wasn't for sale yet.”
