Everything for women and medications ? the people who serve are friendly

This place is in the middle of drug addict lurkers. Best place to buy alcohol and pass out at the back alley and cry while homeless junkies point and laugh at you. This deserves a 2.6 or below but it’s a 5 in my heart!

CvS has good staff and supports many under served neighborhoods. I endorse this.
