Chase no no longer offers coin counting. You will have to roll your own coins. Chase used to be a great service bank, but they apparently continue slipping.

Absolutely sad that not just one but both of the only available drive through ATM are out of service at the same time. Last time I came here same issue as well. Just sad.

For over an hour I tried to reach the branch manager direct. This is ridiculous that you can't call a branch direct I went online to schedule a call or a meeting two weeks from now!!! This type service is beyond ridiculous

I have been with Chase for years. Visited this branch, for the second time, and was met with employees not wanting to assist me upon walking in. However, when those of non-African descent are greeted immediately with employees more than willing to assist the. This is a continuous racial profiling problem that I have seen happening quite often in this branch, and others in my city. Complaints made to manager with no change in their behavior. If Chase does not want people of color to be customers, move to an area with less colored residents.

I've banked here for many years. The availability of assistance has dwindled. You really need an appointment for anything other than teller window. And if you have a safe deposit box, the teller won't help you they make you wait (for ????0 for a banker to assist which is very inconvenient. I'm going to reconsider why I use this location, not for the banker personnel, but the inconveniences introduced with streamlining visits. I don't want to wait in 2 lines to get to my safe deposit box.

I deposited 200 dollars and the atm took it but never deposited it into my account. Went to make a purchase and my card was declined. Chase employees cant help and wait time to the atm claims department are more than 40 minutes. I will never trust them again! My own bank robbing me! This is outrageous and now I have no money until they resolve their own issue. How is this fair to me!!!??? They deserve zero stars but that's not an option.
