“I have, unfortunately had many occasions in my life where I’ve needed body repair work on vehicles. I have used Voelkel’s several times now and I’ve never been disappointed. It’s always only been for insurance claims and never added anything on to it.
Most recently, I took my Tahoe in after getting rear ended. Light damage, but enough to wanted it fixed. I went ahead and had them remove several dents(father of 5 so it gets abused) and detail a couple spots. I had just recently gone through some fresh lane paint and had some nice yellow on the driver side I couldn’t get off.
When I say they made my lightly abused Tahoe look brand new again, I’m not exaggerating! If I were in the market to sell, this work just raised my resale value a few thousand and cost a fraction of that. I will always add some dent removal and detailing to ANY insurance claim from now on, or just to get it cleaned up back to new.
The level of professionalism at this shop is second to none and I won’t take any of my family’s vehicles anywhere else. Couldn’t recommend them more if I tried!!!

“The time was less than an hour before closing time. I came to the Interstate Battery because I was having trouble starting my car, due to bad terminals. I walked inside and Bryce greeted me at the door.
From that point it was the best customer service experience of my life! I explained my issue to Bryce and he knew exactly what I was talked about. He came out to check out what was going on. He said it looks like an easy fix. He took the time to explain what he was doing while fixing the issue perfectly!
The manager also came out to check how things were going! Everything was all done in minutes. Not to mention it was 30 degrees out! This is the best location. They are really focused on helping the customers!”

“Seriously seriously the sweetest people in the industry I swear. Kris and Sarah are upfront, truly honest, and truly want to help. Fixed my car up beautifully in a day and a half after I got it checked in and did it with a smile. Family business of two people!!! They know what they’re doing and most importantly answered my questions without a hint of condescension. I’m always nervous about car people being rude to me because I’m a young woman who doesn’t know a thing about cars, but they helped me out and let me pay out of pocket when no one else would take me because I don’t have collision coverage. He even fixed my back bumper when I didn’t ask him to and told me where the best place to get new tires was when I asked if mine were too worn down. Hopefully I never have to come here again because that means I don’t have a destroyed car, but if I do I’ll be happy to talk with these two again. Also, side note, really cool neighborhood.”

James stated my truck started up with no problem. After testing the battery, a couple of days; I was thankful to get to the bottom of my repair needed which was a door lock cylinder.
The locksmith for my repair would not be available yesterday from him being too hot.
I was able to drive my truck home. I stated I could return in the morning for the repair. I was overjoyed to have my wheels back.
Upon arrival the next morning, it took about an hour for the door lock cylinder to be replaced.
This loyal customer feels comfortable to drive my truck.”

“I took my car to Obrien Toyota for 1:30 PM appointment to find out about the malfunction of my rear passenger window. It would not go up. I was received friendly. I waited for the repair estimate. Meanwhile, I walked around the lot just for exercise. When I came in a sales person saw me looking at Crossover and asked me if I was interested.
That day was the first day in 20 years plus that I ever felt discriminated against. I felt like I was being taken advantage of. I felt not heard. I felt bamboozled the way the service rep tried to push not only what I came in for but other things down my throat when I made it clear from the very beginning that I only wanted to deal with the one thing. When I my tone and let him know, I am not going to pay $720 to have my window repaired. I asked him could they just lift the window and make it stay up. He went on to tell me About what they are supposed to do. I ask again can you just lift the window so that I can leave because I’m not spending that kind of money today because I am getting ready to purchase another Toyota . He dropped the estimate that he had in his hand, the paper on the floor and walked out. he returned and told me the window was up. It wasn’t broken and just the control from the driver side left was what was prohibiting the rear passenger window from going up. now this is why I feel the way that I do it.
It changed my mind on using Obrien Toyota as a dealership.”
