“I purchased a Genesis GV70 from this dealership and encountered issues with the vehicle and the service provided. The car was delivered with a defect: the rear windshield edge was installed in the wrong color. When I reached out to both the sales and service departments, they initially promised to contact Genesis for a replacement part. However, I never received any follow-up communication.Upon contacting them again, I was informed that they do not sell Genesis vehicles and, therefore, could not order the necessary parts or offer a solution. This response was not only unhelpful but also contradictory to my purchase experience.They have nice cars, cars' mechanic aspects are awesome. But they need to train their after-sale services better. The managers are nice with great attitude, but their representative for service should have more courtesy.”

“I had been to a luncheon. Started to drive home and my car started acting weird. I pulled off the road, into a parking lot next to Tillmans. My phone was dead..not good. I went into Tillmans to use phone. Scott asked what...when I told him he tried to get the car moving correctly..could not. He put my phone on charger, locked my car. I stayed there while calling my husband and Triple A..Everyone in this establishment treated me so well. Very kind.Cannot say enough about theRespect shown. “The owner came back when I called and said I needed a radiator cap. He helped me look for a compatible one when he realized he didn’t currently have any Toyotas on the lot. When he found one he insisted that I take it at no charge! He was also very helpful explaining the white residue left where the red coolant had leaked past the previous faulty cap. This was a great experience! I will delete be checking here first for the parts I need.”

“I'm currently halfway through a 3 year lease for my Jeep Patriot. Almost a month ago the transmission decided to mess up. Since I'm leasing the vehicle there was no warranty on anything. Not knowing what to do I contacted Casey, the manager of the "Buy here, Lease here" part of Skillman. She went back and forth for me with the dealership that was going to do the work on it. She jumped thru many hoops, kept me informed the whole time and worked out an option for me that made it as easy as possible. I will never go to another dealership for any vehicles in the future!!”

“Alan on sunday bailed me out my grandson drove down from Muncie in a worn out 1995 honda. The exhaust was totally eat up with rust. I had met him at Meineke in Muncie july the 3rd. They made us wait but couldn't promise anything since it was so close to the holiday. yes but it would cost $1000. We only paid $1500 for the car. I had my grandson come to our house in greenwood. I bought parts at your store . I thought something does not seem right the flanges are different. Alan was by himself and he took charge gave me a coupling and altered my pipe so I could use it. I was frustrated without his help.”
