“I'm soon to be a resident in this place in the next couple weeks. They've been renovating the property and the place looks beautiful. They have little ponds and a dog park! So I've been working with Marilyn, with the office staff, and she's been wonderful in helping me apply. She's put up with and answered all my questions no matter how silly, without delay whether I call in or email and no matter how complex or simple, when I spotted a slight paperwork error/typo she got it corrected and resent within minutes. They have really impressed me thus far and I'm pacing to get to moved in.”

Jada was incredibly helpful with ensuring a smooth move in after some travel difficulties for my cross-country move, and she has been delightful each time I come to the office with questions or concerns.
The maintenance team as well, has been extraordinary. The two times I've put in a service request on the portal, I've gotten help the same day from Ashton. He's incredibly thorough, kind, and detail oriented.
I'll just say this - I've lived in a lot of apartments over the past 10 years, and no matter how nice the amenities, units, or views are, if the staff is not top notch, it can make or break the experience. So I'm so glad I went with CityWay.”
“These are pretty nice apartments with a pool and a tennis court. For the price, they're huge. Very average leasing experience. Maintenance works pretty fast, and has even come in on the weekend when our water heater left a puddle on the floor. I submitted a request saying the turntable in my microwave wasn't working and within a few days I had a new microwave. I never did get access to the onsite gym and every time I asked about it they said they were "waiting on new cards". It's a tiny gym that I wouldn't have used anyway, so not that big of a deal. The speedbumps are terrible (like you have to come to a stop and THEN gently roll over them) and sometimes the trash piles up around the dumpsters on the weekends. One time my husband had a few things taken from his toolbox in the back of his truck, but he did leave it unlocked (and that's just 86th street). Multiple cops live in the complex, so I've never felt unsafe. Aside from that, it's a quiet neighborhood with plenty of parking and nice apartments with enormous living rooms.”
“We had our Baby shower at Industry, and it was the best decision for a venue. Starting with the location - at the heart of Downtown Indy, with the ease of parking a number of cars hassle-free. The venue itself is large and spacious, with a rustic barn theme. Coupled with basic decor, it made for a fantastic location for our baby shower. It was also very easy to coordinate with Industry staff, and everything went smoothly without any hiccups. We would recommend Industry 100% for any of your event needs!”

“I lived at the Marott for three years and overall it was a quality downtown apartment. I was on the 10th floor with a 1BD 1BA. The on-site facilities like the gym, pool, gated parking (the fob sometimes didn't work on the back gate) and 24 hour concierge were a great resource to have. It's location makes it very easy to get anywhere downtown within 15 minutes and it is walking distance from places of interest within the Fall Creek area.The reason I moved was due to constant noise from being downtown from sirens and loud cars coming on Fall Creek throughout the night as well as no washer and dryer in your unit. You get great views on the upper floors but it is a trade-off too cold Winters with the aluminum windows that have bad seals. It is a small apartment for the price you pay, but it's a trade- off the for location.Its a good option for a downtown apartment for students or young professionals.”
“Experiencing services with property manager Mrs. Lodita Tate at Indy 7925 Apartment complex has been a very excellent, professional experience. I'm in the process of renting a beautiful, spacious 2bedroom 2bath unit. I appreciated she took her time out to show me around. She showed me their great amenities of swimming pool, exercise room, a public park with a pond, a public playground, If you have a family & looking to move to Indiana, Indianapolis. “I've been a tenant at Saxony Court for a year now, and I've been a tenant with Stallard since 2018. Because Stallard is an awesome property management company. The apartments I've rented from them have been nice, utility expenses are reasonable, and rare maintenance issues are handled right away. Apt. managers are professional and the maintenence man that has handled my issues is super cool and awesome. When rent rates skyrocketed after Covid, Stallard, unlike so many others, did not raise my rent rate by hundreds of dollars. Any large property management company will have some tenant complaints, but I personally don't have any. My Saxony Court neighbors are polite and the property is peaceful. Thank you, Stallard.”

“I’ve been a tenant at The Maryden since June of 2022, and have loved it! There were some initial maintenance kinks with my unit that came up early on (while the building’s maintenance and overall property teams were being switched!). These took a little bit more time to fix as a result, but Kenny has always taken great care of things for me!! Blocked drains, repainting the pantry after my A/C condensate pan leaked from a newly loose seal, etc. - he’s been fantastic. I’ve not run into the other guys as much, but they’ve all recently replaced the sidewalk at the back of the building, as well as water softeners/heaters, which has been awesome. There are also now Parcel Pending lockers outside of the building, which makes package deliveries a breeze! Overall, I’m very happy with my experiences here so far, and look forward to being a tenant here for awhile longer!”
“Things are getting done at the Millikan! For a while nothing was repaired, but that has changed. Kudos to Reggie (asst prop mgr) and Aaron (maintenance), who are always ready to listen to any issues that might crop up. Requests are usually completed by day's end, with an email to let you know. I have lived here 9 years and this is the most responsive people have been since Carlos!”
