“Great place except the geese that are never quiet and they haven't done anything about it. They have a lot of really good amenities and the maintenance department is top-notch... But those geese!!!”

“We moved into Meridian Oaks this past July and while our building has had its share of hiccups (I had a toilet I couldn’t use for almost two weeks!) I have been nothing but pleased with the staff and their handlings of our issues. In regards to my toilet being unusable for two weeks, we had plumbers on site every day for that entire period working to rectify the situation, and the staff kept me updated every step of the way. We had a small leak in the master bathroom ceiling that was fixed immediately. The building itself has had some major plumbing problems due to faulty parts which the plumbing contractor came out and replaced.It’s important to note that while some of these issues are major, management staff always took them very seriously and worked diligently to correct the problem. Unlike some places I’ve lived where quick fixes are the go to for everything, so far repairs done in my unit have been quality work and haven’t caused me problems since.If you’re looking for a place that has quality management and well maintained units, you would be wise to apply for an apartment here.”

“These apartments are the best apartments I have ever lived in. Megan and Seth at the management office were so helpful and kind! They were always there to answer any questions I had and would go out of their way to make sure that everything was taken care of that needed fixed in my apartment before moving in. I couldn’t ask for a better management team!”

“Honey Creek is a beautiful and peaceful community. They are constantly renovating the community and the staff is always very helpful. Also, they are in the Center Grove school district which is definitely a plus.”

“This is an updated review. Originally I had only 1 star and the review was accurate but since then Pebble Creek has made changes to their onsite manager and it immediately started to improve. The current manager has been onsite a year now and the difference is significant. The staff does work with residents to improve issues. Problem residents are handled with the best possible care or dealt with accordingly. While this may seem harsh it makes it a better community for the law-abiding, concerned residents. We purchased a nice double-wide when we relocated to Indiana and when we bought our permanent home they did a great job selling it for us. There are some wonderful retired residents there and young families. Here's a few views from our deck on a snow day.”
