“Not really sure about how the customer service is on the inside, but one of the things I really appreciate about this location is the car wash. It used to be $4 washes, but the price, of course, went up like everything else.But it's one of the few Family Express locations close by that has the car wash. It comes in handy when you just need your vehicle to look presentable, but don't want to pay a ton of money or you don't want to do it yourself.Also, the other thing I appreciate about their car washes is the fact that it's the type that you drive into yourself. Nothing ever pulls or drags your vehicle along, which may risk messing up your alignment. This is one of the main reasons I prefer the Family Express car washes.”

“I travel all over the country but when my work takes me to this area, it's always for an extended period. I make sure to use this gas station for my daily caffeine and nicotine purchases. This is because the staff here go above and beyond EVERY DAY to check me out fast and are friendly doing it. It blows my mind how nice they all are here and have been for about a year, since I've been coming here. A couple of the people employees even remembered my name after a couple weeks. It's just such a rare thing anymore.”

“Wow, impressive coffee AND tea selection. Cold vault looks stellar with great promotions. Open face cooler doesn’t look that appealing but I’m sure it taste good.Bathroom soap was out but had hand sanitizer near bathroom that worked out.Nice marketing all around!”

The guys that work there are friendly, they keep the place looking extremely well and prices are great. Only place i could find in town that carries Seneca.”

“If you sign up for rewards you can get a lot of coupons that you can use together! Many places only allow one coupon per order.. but not CVS. I was just now able to save $10.26. two $4 off coupons and rewards points. Worth signing up ?”
“I love this location! I go there so much that one of the staff members sometimes recognizes I buy slushies all the time (even in winter)! The staff is always super nice and has never given me any problems or made me generally uncomfortable! I love this location and how easy it is to get to.”

“I visit this store 2-3 times a week, and I'm never disappointed with my experience. Everyone is friendly, helpful and attentive .
As I browse from aisle to aisle they check in with me, to ask if I need help.
I also get to listen to their interactions with other customers, and it's amazing. Their customer service and professionalism is way more than what we have come to expect in retail stores.

“This is silly, but was a little disappointed they don't have the big gulp cups (cause they advertise it on the app). Guess, since there is no 7 Eleven close, just wanted a big gulp for old time's sake. Otherwise this location was great! Ean & friendly staff. :)”
