I've had nothing but good experiences here, people have to remember this isn't an urgent care per say.

Doctor helped me schedule appointment on computer but very easy to do second guess myself

Terrible customer service. Pharmacy likes to close up shop early putting customers last. Of course CVS uses self check out. No thank you. I won't be doing my business at this CVS or any of their stores.
