“My husband and I were travelling through Indiana on our way to O'Hare and flying back to our home in Washington State. We had some extra time so stopped here just to look around since we are considering purchasing some new furniture back home. Cathy greeted us and showed us around. Even after making it clear that we were far from home and wouldn't be buying anything, she continued to be friendly and hospitable, chatting with us and inviting us to look around as long as we wanted.
