“Willing to work with customers.We tried several recliners and selected and ordered two. Once delivered, we decided one just wasn't as comfortable as it seemed in the store. We asked if we could return it and order a different one. They said yes. When we exchanged it, we were even given a small refund of the difference in the price.”
“Edited to add, delivery was a week ahead of what was projected. Delivery guys were polite, and quick. They called 30 minutes before arrival and were in and out in no time.
