“I had a good experience here! I’ve only met Craig and he’s always been very pleasant and efficient. I had to move my unit to another facility only bc they didn’t have any larger storage units available for me to upgrade. My only complaint is that the ground is not leveled, at least where I was, so it was difficult to use to the rolling dolly to move items without it rolling down the pavement when I let go of it. That made moving in/out not so great. No complaints other wise!”

“Very efficient online process, upon registering we immediately got a text with the code. Upon arrival, the unit was clearly marked and a new lock provided inside and even the packaging cut so we could use the lock right away. The staff is very friendly and helpful as well. Highly recommend.”
“If you are in search of an excellent storage facility, I can honestly say from experience with Fairview Storage that you can be in great hands here. I've tried other facilities in Johnson County and one of them even called me in the middle of the night to inform me they had a break in and my lock was cut off. Talk about unprofessional, they said the police would be in contact with me yet I never heard from them at all. My unit contained my moms estate and is more precious to me than anything! I literally hired movers to get that transferred over to Fairview Storage. It was a nightmare!!! We worked with Tim and he helped make us comfortable and now we feel like our belongings are always safe with the storage facility. He's been very professional and kind to me and my family. We greatly appreciate him and how clean the facility always is no matter what day or time we come through. That alone speaks highly for Fairview Storage. I've witnessed some scary situations at some of the storage facilities, which made me leary of renting with them. Now I can rest assured that my treasured belongings are 100% safe in Tim's hands. I generally don't take the time to write reviews, but I wanted to be able to let the public know that Fairview Place is a safe, dependable, and a great value on top of everything else. So relieved that I finally found a wonderful trustworthy place, and I know a lot of others share the same concerns that I do. I highly recommend you go see Tim and he will take great care of you and your belongings will be safe there. Many times I have seen and spoke to him when we come through as he does several security checks through our each day. He's very kind and always happy to answer any questions, even as he is out making his rounds to ensure the facility is clean and in great shape! “All i can say is have guns will travel as far as units i had several at other placea and co line is the best and the other two ib the chain the ladies there are very kind helpfull and friendy and a bouns is they are very beautfull elgent and sexy i all i can sat to them is (how you doing) miss you whiteland and still have the hots for co line and sis (smyb) thinkabout it”
