“Greenwood Storage on South Emerson Avenue was a great place to use for storage of our extra “stuff”. It was convenient and clean and accessible. The only drawback was the periodic increases in rent, which seemed high each time. You didn’t apparently get any kind of break for being a longer term renter.”

And I love now having the text alerts to make sure I'm paying on time. (Prone to forgetting if I am not super careful.)”

“Best decision my girlfriend has made in years. We've been in a storage facility in beech grove for the last year, and it has been one issue after another. We absolutely love the couple running the show at heartland, and have since day one!!!*Also, they went totally above and beyond, when we were a week late in payment, and needed special accommodations last week, which required someone to go in on their day off just to unlock our gate code, and it was done within the hour, no hesitation, nothing. It was absolutely incredible. I think we'll definitely be staying here for the long haul. Thank you, heartland storage, for being by far the greatest storage facility in indy, and keeping our things safe.”

“I've had a storage unit here for over 3 yrs & have never had any problems. Mr. Green is one of the most helpful, considerate people I've dealt with in this industry. He doesn't just wait for you to fall behind then sell your belongings (which MANY other storage facilities do!) but will work with you so your belongings stay safe & still belong to you. If you're having payment issues let him know & he'll work with you. I'm not sure what the explanation for the "damage" from the gate the first reviewer experienced since we only have his side of the story. If he's one of those people who tries to get out through the gate right after someone comes in (so as not to be inconvenienced by having to go through the process himself of opening the gate) then it's his own fault.”

“We just moved things to one of their 10x20 units. Everything is extremely clean and fresh. Staff was very helpful & friendly. Gate code is self selected, so much easier to remember than other places and access hours are longer. So far, I would highly recommend Mid Gard.”

“If your looking for a storage unit you could keep right at home, or at there location, go with Cows of Indy. This is budget friendly way to keep your things at home. They will deliver, pickup and store if needed, and relocate to the address you are moving to if needed. As we moved from our apartment to a house this was very helpful. They put it on our new property and we could unload at our own pace. When finished we called and they scheduled someone to come out and pick it up.”

“Communication was awesome! The only issue we ran into was having some difficulty initially figuring out the door mechanism. Owners sent as a video that cleared it up as soon as we asked. The facility was easy to access, and we felt our items were very secure given the security measures in place. Only downside was no lighting in the storage space itself, but that was pretty minor. The lighting outdoors around the storage facility were great and helped alleviate no interior lighting. Great value as well as the pricing was much better here for equivalent space to competitors. These people are the absolute best to work with!!!”

“Greetings, thanks for allowing me to do a review. I starting storing my inventory from my shop on Friday July 10, 2023. My experience locating the establishment was easy, yet, locating my storage unit was not good. I thought I was looking for the first three numbers on my storage unit; I drove around for probably 8 minutes before I called and they were very helpful. They told me to go to the front kiosk and locate my unit. Thank a man came on the intercom and helped further. I loved the customer service and helpfulness of everyone. I will be telling people about this establishment. Thanks again for all the help.”

I ended up getting one for now. Also, if you have any issues they respond in a timely manner, if there’s any repairs as well that needs to be done I would would definitely recommend this location in Whiteland”
