“I was duly impressed with the service that Ryan and Andy showed while I was in yesterday for brake pads and rotors. I was kept informed and shown on PAPER, in black and white, the proposed costs before work started, making sure that I wanted the necessary work performed.
I appreciated that they respected me as a person, took the time to keep me informed about what to expect.

“I’ve been going to another shop to get my vehicle serviced for a few years now. So I went to my usual place and set in may car for over ten minutes and nobody even acknowledged that I was waiting to be helped. I left and drove to Jiffy Lube and was greeted very enthusiastically and promptly. I used to go to Jiffy Lube all the time and looks like I’ll be doing it again. Thanks Jiffy Lube!”
“ETA: The owner reached out to say the employee should’ve handled things differently and offered a 50% off coupon for next time. I appreciate that very much and thought it was a kind offer. Everything else was good about my experience, so I would be happy to return.
The oil change was fast and everything seems great with the car. I did. think it was expensive ($108). I got full synthetic, 5 quarts. I found a coupon online an hour after I left for $26 off. I returned to see if the manager would honor it, but he said he could not. My fault for not checking sooner, however, might’ve been a good idea to appease a customer. Sadly I will not be able to return to this location for that reason.”
“We were looking for an SUV to replace my 2008 Buick Enclave. I saw a 2017 Buick Enclave Premium on Lockhart Chevrolet's website that had all the options I wanted. We called and talked to Darren and set up an appointment for that day. When we got there, the SUV was ready for a test drive. After the test drive, we negotiated a price and picked it up the next day. It was cleaned and was ready to go when we got there. It was an enjoyable experience purchasing our vehicle from Darren at Lockhart Chevrolet.”

“They did a nice job but took them almost 3hrs to do 2 headlight housing replacements. Little slow but got the job done. Helped me with my decal side panel logos as a service or free but paid over $100 for 2 front headlamp replacements .”
“Do you need trans work? How bout a nice performance upgrade OR a shift kit. If you want cheap service, go somewhere like Kenny's, but if you want something more reliable, better parts & a very thorough job. Take your stuff here! Took my 99 denali & dropped it off. I had her back in 1 day. Lil over a yr ago, the trans was rebuilt. Took it up to Ray to have him replace the front seal & while he had it out, he went ahead & replaced everything that could leak. Yes, it cost a little extra, but it was more like hey go ahead & do the extra preventive maintenance while it's already pulled to save the labor cost. It's already pulled. It was outta warranty due to "time" at the other place & they wanted wayy to much to pull it to replace the cheap seal they put in it. Def wasn't outta warranty for miles, but I guess they knew they use cheap parts. Ray replaced everything that could leak, along with a filter change for a very fair price & excellent service. While he had it pulled, he noticed the wire loom was smashed. Luckily, it didn't get any wires, but that shows how much of a rush job the other shop did... I'll def be a repeat customer in the future. They offer a few different shift kit options if you're looking for performance along with 2 different warranties. Great small time business owner, who actually cares & isn't in it for just the money. They all enjoy what they do there.”

“I would highly recommend this service center! After I had 4 new tires installed and an oil change at another local tire shop in greenwood Indiana, immediately after starting my vehicle the transmission light came on and I had never had issues until they changed my oil as part of a promotion for "free" with purchase of new tires. Of course, they didn't want to take responsibility. I had my vehicle towed to the Audi dealership on the north side of Indianapolis. I spoke with the service manager and he and I both suspected the tire shop drained my transmission fluid. Well, after the dealership charged me almost 900 dollars and didn't even check my transmission fluid as discussed and the tow fees, they said to find out what the issue was with the transmission, it would cost 9 thousand dollars plus a new transmission would cost 22500 dollars, plus all the other things they said were wrong. So I had it towed to Mikes and after inspection, he found that indeed the tire shop drained my transmission fluid, so he refilled the fluid, replacement of rear brake rotors ans pads as needed, installed valve cover gaskets and spark plugs and ignition coils. All for less than. 2 grand! I could have paid the Audi dealership for the same work and everything they said had to be done with it over twenty thousand dollars!! Mike you truly are an honest man and your company saved me an ever bigger headache and thousands of dollars simply by being honest and having integrity. I will moving forward take all my vehicles here and recommend to everyone else that needs car maintenance done. It's sad that the tire shop was so incompetent and unethical along with the dealership in an effort to boost their bottom line . By doing so they have lost my business along with many others I have discussed the facts with. Thank you so for your excellent service and great work.”
