“Bought a pinball machine off marketplace in partial working order. Did some work on it at home, including watching countless hours of helpful videos, but eventually ran into a wall and had difficulty solving some remaining issues. I intended to take the cabinet to John for service, but he asked to speak over the phone first. He gave me some simple guidance that was obviously drawn from his many years of experience in the field. Within a short time after trying his suggestions, the table was back to life and playable! I know for sure I'll be using John's services in the future if new problems come up. In the meantime, I strongly recommend using his service if needed. He might be one of the only local pinball repair businesses, but he very well may be the best also. Now we're happily playing the game on our own machine. Thank you John for your help!”
