“This customer service team is amazing! They are so customer focused! They are both friendly and professional. Ray and Sean worked tirelessly to help get our numbers ported over from another company. Sean even drove across town so we could get a specific cell phone that day. Ray was amazing at dealing with transferring our phones numbers, spending over 2 hours on the line with a difficult company. He was calm and professional the whole time. The next day, there were still 2 phone numbers that the old company refused to port over. Breahanna and Jocelyn worked together to finish the process of porting our numbers. Spending an hour coordinating efforts to help us! It is so refreshing to know there are people like this in customer service! Highly recommend this store and staff!”

“It's Aaron's. Just another rent to own store. I was there last weekend and walked out without purchasing what I wanted because the employee was not familiar with any of the products or his job for that matter. I returned on Sunday to a completely different experience. It was quick and easy. I left with the living room set I originally came for in less that 30 minutes.”

“Crystal was very helpful and pleasant. I'm glad I went there. I got a Samsung which I really like. She admitted she went from Samsung to iPhone. I nearly clutched my pearls. Luckily, the other gentleman employee showed his undying devotion to Samsung by proudly raising his phone. We shared a Samsung moment.Anyway, the whole encounter took maybe 30 minutes total on a Saturday afternoon to get a new phone and to switch my number and provider. The only waiting done there was on me because I didn't come fully prepared. But that wasn't a problem as she helped me with that too. All the while, she helped 2 other gentlemen and her new trainee!Would I recommend this store? Yes! 100%Would I recommend you call India for support? Lol, no. Chlis from India almost cost Cricket a new customer. Can we go back to using Americans to answer support questions? I decided to visit the store anyway and got the correct answers from Crystal, who is not from India.”

“The reason I am giving this place a 5 Star is for its Starbucks, the lady who was working there today was so nice, there mocha machine wasn't working which bummed me and my mom out because we wanted a peppermint mocha,but she was able to make a white mocha version of the peppermint mocha, which me and my mom thought tasted a lot better.”
