“Located just a mile of exit 90 on I-65, Brixin is at a great location on the edge of Franklin. With a small dog park, pool, and gym - it's hot just the amenities you need without any extra. Safe neighborhood and kid friendly. There are 2 elementary schools just up the road and 3 churches that are also within walking distance. The walking/biking trails are easily accessible as they run by the front of the complex and go all throughout Franklin. The recent change in management has been great! Renovations have been completed and maintenance responds in a timely manner to requests. Staff are friendly and approachable. It's been a great place to live, especially since the change in management.”

“We’ve almost lived here a month! The entire experience from applying, to moving in, to getting settled has been such a relaxing and easy one! The same day we applied we heard back that we got our apartment! I don’t think we’ve ever had such a quick turn around! City View Farm Apartments are a pretty quiet neighborhood with decent privacy (especially if you’re in the back of the buildings) As far as we can tell, noise doesn’t travel very much. You can tell these apartments are very well sealed. They’re also renovating apartments! I don’t think we’ve ever moved into an apartment AS move-in ready as this one! Brand new appliances, new flooring, and the thick blinds are an awesome plus, too! The leasing manager, Tracy is always a pleasure to talk to, as well as all of the other staff! I genuinely didn’t think apartment-living could be so stress free and so enjoyable. I love my apartment, to say the least. :)”

“We moved here in Dec of 2021; we are coming up to our 2-year mark and so far, we have truly enjoyed living here. It is peaceful (for the most part), clean, the office is always helpful and communicates any information we may need to know. The maintenance responds in a timely fashion if they are needed, and the grounds are always well kept. We have no intentions of moving, and it helps that all of the people in my specific building are friendly. If I had one complaint, I wish they had a better playground for my kid (and the other kids), but that isn't enough to lose a star over.”

“Things aren't perfect here, but is any rental. When Nicolle took over as manager and Tony as maintenance stuff actually started getting done. The management staff do care and do their best to get stuff done here. The improvements were almost immediately visible. For the most part it is very safe here however there are some destructive and bad kids. But that is the case with most apartment complexes. I did notice a review on here regarding the new assistant manager Tyler, the review wasn't very nice about . I will say in my experiences with Tyler she has been very pleasant and also gets things taken care of.”
