“I have had the best experiences at the McCordsville location. I live in the Fishers area, and it is, frankly, a nightmare at the downtown post office there. Long lines and unfortunately, on the occasions I went there, the staff I encountered were not friendly. The McCordsville location is smaller of course, but easy to get to, and for me, worth the drive!”

This self service Postal center allows you to buy stamps, mail letters & packages and even has postal boxes all without the lines and wait. Note: Automated Service Hours are Open 24 Hours / Day / 7 Days / Week. Pickup is 5:30pm only”
“I went here around noon on a Saturday and had phenomenal service.
I had a large package that I needed to mail. I had never mailed a package myself before, and to make it more stressful, I was shipping it to Australia and had no clue what kind of paperwork I would need to fill out.
The man working at the counter listened to my worries and walked me through the entire process. He even checked to see if the box I brought or the usps flat rate boxes would be a better fit for me price wise. I ended up going with the usps large flat rate and was able to securely pack all my items. They are now off on their journey, and it is all thanks to the amazing postal workers! When i get my passport in a few months, I will happily make my appointment here. This is one of the best locations I have ever been to.”

“Needed to get IRS tax forms mailed certified without hassle so I decided to pull over in Pendleton IN to check out their post office. Robert warmly greeted me and helped me at the counter with no wait or hassle. He made me feel like I was visiting Mayberry. My experience was as good as it gets when you have to send tax checks. I was sent on my way with a free lollipop too. Small town post offices are great.”
