“HEATHER IS AWESOME!!! When I tell you her and the Post Office team went above and beyond… No exaggeration. My mailing issue is still in progress but so far I have been met with great customer service and helpful hands. Heather has made calls to carriers, hunt down my mail, and updated me all along the way. She’s great!”

“It is an excellent service. I made a fast shipment to my country Puerto Rico. And the destined time was 6pm and the package arrived at 12 noon, I loved it since it was a very important package. I will continue making my deliveries with you. Thank you.”

“This is an update to my last review, which I wrote eight years ago when I first moved to the Carmel area. (Has it been that long? Geez, Louise.) This post office is great! In fact, it's one of the best post offices in the area. I don't know if it's because this post office has improved in the last eight years, or because my standards have lowered after interacting with multiple post offices around Indy. Either way! This Carmel post office is the tops. I've had my passport photo taken here (and it came out great). I've mailed multiple packages and bought many stamps. I've sent letters to international address and domestic addresses, and through it all, I can count on this Carmel post office to be fast, efficient, clean and filed with positive people behind the counter. This is my go-to post office from now on.”

“I have had the best experiences at the McCordsville location. I live in the Fishers area, and it is, frankly, a nightmare at the downtown post office there. Long lines and unfortunately, on the occasions I went there, the staff I encountered were not friendly. The McCordsville location is smaller of course, but easy to get to, and for me, worth the drive!”

“I called the Westfield USPS office in a desperate attempt to retrieve a package that had been mistakenly picked up from our mailbox (at no fault of the letter carrier). Shane was very helpful and friendly, and was able to find the package & call me back within minutes. When I went into the post office to pick it up, Carson was also so friendly and knew exactly what it was I needed. Thanks to both for your kindness and helpfulness!”

“The workers here are all so sweet and kind. I always enjoy my brief conversations with them throughout the week. Also, although mail takes longer to arrive to the satellite office, it’s worth it because it’s a small office and feels very homey.”

“It’s definitely one of the busiest post offices I’ve been too. There’s usually 2-3 people at the front desk & 3 self-serve kiosks so the line moves more quickly than anticipated. Great customer service.”

“This post office is well staffed, and the gentleman that helped us with our passport made the process extremely easy for us. He let us take a nice picture. I’m usually not this emotional about a post office, but it was a fabulous experience! I would recommend using this post office. My only regret is not getting the gentleman‘s name!??”

“It's great for me to live in this particular area where Bacon Street Post Office takes care of my mail. If I go inside, the staff are courteous and attentative to each customer's needs. The mail carriers are at the top of their game. I still miss James sometimes; but Max has stepped up to the plate! I know this isn't his only route; but he makes sure that we get our mail each and every day rain or shine. Lately, we've had an awfully lot of rain...but here comes Max! What a tremendous asset he is to his profession”
