Return and exchange process was easy. Good customer service, I shop here often.

While the store was recently remodeled and looks nice, it's becoming impossible to find willing help. The store is also out of common items quite often.

Something bad happened, the place is just like Walmart now. Loud obnoxious music, messy heaps of clothes, junky merchandise, tasteless posters, helpless employees.I’m very sorry to lose our favorite store.
