I was having trouble with my online banking. I went in and they were very busy, but I was greeted by Jackie, who proceeded to very patiently help me with my problem. She was a terrific help, and an extremely kind, patient, and knowledgeable person. Thank you! ?

Currently, the drive-thru lanes are open 10am-5pm Monday-Friday, and 9am-1pm on Saturdays.I tried to make this a "suggested edit" and was not able for technical reasons.

The customer service here is great! They've assisted me with my first debit card, first home purchase, and wiring money for an out of state vehicle. Janet and the rest of the staff are always polite and have earned my 5 stars.
