“I've been shopping at Pet Supplies Plus for a great many years and simply love it. The employees are friendly and helpful and the product selection is wonderful. I am new to the Rewards Program but have been very impressed with the ease of use and the rewards simply for doing shopping I would have done anyway. I believe the prices at Pet Supplies Plus are very competitive and enjoy the coupons I'm sent via USPS and e-mail. I've never had any problems with product quality or freshness and they carry all the products my pets need. I also LOVE the fact that they support our FW Animal Care and Control's adoption program and showcase shelter cats for adoption. Great place to shop in my opinion.”

“This place used to be really good years ago then it dropped of a cliff. It seems to be making a come back. They still don't carry as much as they used to but they cover the basics and the need to haves. The pricing is much better these days and when they have a sale it's definitely worth the trip in. A good environment, the workers are very helpful and know what what they are doing. The animals are well taken care of.”

“Broadway aquatics was the last remaining locally owned aquatic store in Fort Wayne and for the past several years has been my go to aquatic store. I have bought many fish and supplies from them even though it was a 50 mile drive for me that's how good they were with a great selection of healthy fish, reasonable prices and a very knowledgeable staff. Unfortunately, the longtime owner sold to Colorado based MC aquatics. They operated the store for about a year then on January 11th 2024 the store was permanently closed.”

“Your employees are top notch and well suited to their jobs in a pet store. They are always very friendly, answer my questions, and seem to truly love pets and pet owners. The only employee I interacted with on 3/2124 was the person who checked me out at the cash register. We chatted about my purchase (a male Double Tailed Beta fish that looks just like a rose petal). We chatted about the sad state of the way Betas are kept in pet stores and how SOMETHING needs to be improved with this. I made a point of selecting a Beta that seemed healthy and strong, but not all the Betas in your store were healthy and strong. In fact, I let her know that there was a dead one among the others. Petco still gets a "10" from me though because this "Beta problem" seems to be an industry wide problem. Perhaps Petco can join me in trying to get something done about this. I am going to speak to my legislative representative.I have never had any fish from Petco die on me prematurely and I have never bought a plant from Petco that was riddled with snails.I got my cat "chipped" at Petco on one of the monthly vet visits there. This was quite convenient, but what is it? Just one half-day per month? Because I like Petco, I'd like to see the vet service increased to maybe twice per month.”

“I have visited Tractor Supply about 10 times, buying tractor tires, mouse traps, trailer light fixtures and bulbs, chain saw thingies, all of which were a fair price and good quality. They have a wide variety of things packed into a medium size store, from clothing to feed, trees, cages, tractor parts and furniture and hardware. The employees are friendly and efficient.”

“My recently acquired 10 year old golden retriever was groomed at the Chapel Ridge location. She looked amazing when she was done. She was happy when she came out, and the grooming they were able to do with the "combing" really did reduce shedding for several weeks! I definately recommend them for grooming needs (wash, cut, nail grinding, cut, etc). And, have been able to find food needs as well.”
