“My Adjusting Table broke. A Fireman acame. We took the table apart, called the manufacturer who explained what we needed. Waynedale Hardware is 3 blocks away. We were not expecting them to have what we needed But they did and even took us to find all the materials. We didn’t have to buy boxes, just needed parts. Most were higher quality than the original manufacturer materials. This is not the first time they helped me. It won’t be the last time. I was a regular at Umbers and will be a regular here at this Hardware store also.”
“I just want to reach out and tell everyone how truly amazing and special the people who work in this store are! my daddy collapsed in the store on February 23, 2023. Everyone in there stepped up to help him and even stay by his side, make sure he had all his belongings and call my mother. He was alone in the store when it happened and we live an hour away and they stepped up and supported him the way family would. “I have been shopping for a mower. I stopped in and the owner showed me the ones that he had. He also told me the quality in that he also services them. So I shopped around at some of the big box stores and saw the same price for the same mower. But I decided to come back to White Swan Plaza because it’s local. The owner allowed me to purchase it and then hold it until we close on our house. He close the sale by shaking my hand and thanking me. There’s something about the store that’s genuine and I appreciate the service that I received. And I felt the price of the market was very fair.”

“Parking lot is massive, so you won't have any trouble parking your long AF truck or trailer.Despite what other said here, customer service is top notch here. What you radiate is what you will attract. I'm working on a big home project, which required A LOT of woodcutting. I found the prices for wood here were cheaper than Menards. Shout out to Turner for helping us cut 2x4s, 1x5s, plywoods and soooo much more. He really took the time to help us cut pieces - a literal Angel. Found everything I needed here and would recommend this location.”
