Called to ask some questions, and the associate that answered the phone wouldn't answer my questions unless I was an account holder. I wasn't even able to give them my name or my company name to become an account holder. I guess the only positive I can say is that they answered the phone quickly and I wasn't put on hold.

Talked with kevin what horrible customer service. This place needs ti train there counter people. Very rude and unpleasant.

My experience was positive. They had what I needed and had me in and out in less than 2 minutes.
