“After spending endless hours on the website, trying the chat feature, tried calling their sales team to open up a brand new line of service all it really took was to go into the store! I had a great experience back to back days and Mackenzie G. Was seriously amazing! She had a great personality and was very knowledgeable about what she did for your job. I would recommend skipping out on all the “easy” ways of doing things online and doing things on apps and just take a stroll to the store on Illinois road. Seriously I was in and out with numbers to think of the first night, ensured my credit wouldn’t be ran over and over again unlike what happens online, and she had it all saved for the next day. I walked in and was out within 30 mins and that was starting an entirely new plan and service with the company. “Went in today and had huge account lockout issues from getting a new primary number. Phone CSR wasn’t helping me and so I was paired with Kimaree. She was patient and knowledgeable and helped me get my account unlocked. Would recommend getting any phone questions/services through her.”

“Had Lloyd installing, went smoothly, internet 500mbps upload and download when testing hard-wired. Would be a 5 star if frontier was able to facilitate same day or next day burying of the line. Said 2 weeks which makes mowing a bit more of a difficult task and feel bad for neighbors who get back of yard it goes through.”
“Had Verizon for over 6 years. Decided to switch our family plan over to Xfinity since we already used them for other products and the monthly fees were drastically less. Unfortunately when switching the service over the Xfinity telephone rep did not mention we would not have cell service until we receive and activate the new eSIMs. We were out of town when this happened and had no phone or WiFi service. We finally found an Xfinity store in Fort Wayne, IN. We arrived shortly before their closing time. But Seth quickly identified the issues and even stayed open past their operating hours.”
