American Eagle & Aerie Store is a very clean store with great selections of clothing, including very cute items for the younger generation and perfect summer bras. The clothes are of good quality, with jeans being a favorite. The Aerie dressing room is very interesting with an electronic button, though drawers and displays are sometimes messy. The necessary switch to the American Eagle side to pay cash is a nuisance. While some employees are very welcoming, there is a noted lack of care to check on customers, and one experience felt unwelcoming. A concern is that a purchased sweatshirt had quality issues after only a couple of washes.
