Every staff member that has assisted us has always been able to offer advice and suggestions based on our individual needs. They never push a sale or a specific brand or style other than to offer what shoe would most likely be most beneficial for its desired use.”

Alex read my diagnosis and did the scan of my feet, then recommended several pairs of athletic shoes that would meet the doctor's recommendation. Alex was personable, knowledgeable, and patient. I did buy one of the pairs that she recommended, though any of the four would have been satisfactory. Great place, great people, great products.”

“As I read over these comments before going in I was really nervous once I got there. I was expecting the worst, but my daughter worked really hard for this jacket and I wanted to be sure she got it. When the man came out from in back he was nothing but kindness. He took so much time with us making sure my daughter had the perfect fit. He made sue that all of her patches and font of her name were exactly how she wanted them. He told me they were about a week out (he had the jacket in store, did not need to order her one) and would call me when it was ready. We just hit a little over the 2 week mark today and so I thought I would call. Again, I was nervous because of these reviews saying how rude these people are, but thought I'd try. Again, he was as nice as could be. Apologized for the delay. He said they had just received some finished jackets in yesterday but had not had time to go through them and make phone calls. He looked through the shipment while I was on the phone and let me know our jacket had come in. I have not one negative thing to say regarding this company and would recommend then to anyone looking for a Letterman jacket.”
“Very clean store. I didn't speak with any associates while in the store. Only saw the one that was checking out customers. The store has very cute clothing for the younger generation. The only concern we have with American Eagle is we purchased a sweatshirt for our son for graduation pictures and within 2 washes the front pocket on the hoodie began to come off the sweatshirt. For the amount we paid, I had expected it to last longer than a couple of weeks.”

Was easy to see what they had and a nice assortment of goods..Guys were friendly without being overbearing..Honestly, you can buy firearms almost anywhere you want, but it is the guy behind the counter that makes all the difference.. Prices were inline with what you find online yet you get to do a face to face transaction.. big plus...For me, this is the best of the 3 Fort Wayne stores I have purchased from.. “Visited the store for an ammo purchase. I found exactly what I wanted online, then found it in the store, exactly as advertised. The nice gentleman that rang me up gave me some pretty good technical tips for my firearms. The store is pretty low-key. I found more than I was looking for, and the prices are lower than Sportsman's...byfar. Plus, they have a better selection of firearms and firearm accessories.”
