I am a watch enthusiast that genuinely loves talking about watches, but did not have plans to make a “large” purchase today. “I got this chain in 2022, my fiancé(then boyfriend) wore it everyday. Then suddenly today, the clasp just broke. For 130$ I expect it to last longer than less than 2 years.Edit: I do appreciate the follow-up and willingness to repair the defect. It is what it is though, a defect. I understand that daily use will cause wear and tear, but he doesn’t pull the chain and he doesn’t work a job where it could get snagged. Less than two years of use should not cause the clasp to get so bent out of shape. I will not give a one star review, but I will also not be silenced about a legitimate problem. Again, a 130$ chain should be able to withstand *normal* daily use for at least 5 years without needing to be repaired in my opinion”

Josh is so personable and kind. I feel like it has to be impossible to not like the people working there. He truly cares about the company and his customers. He told a little back story about the company and basically made us feel so good for picking the right place. He took his time and pieced together the most beautiful rings. He made the experience feel like you were speaking with a friend and not a business transaction.
