“I had concerns and doubts about how the process would go, especially for the amount of items we were taking in. I have to say, they were great, we set up an appointment, which I would suggest, they helped bring in the items, we sat back in a more private room, we were able to talk to Brian while he reviewed the items, he told us what he found and was looking at and in the end, felt like they treated us right. I appreciated their time, information and we were able to handle the sale in one stop vs having to have them take what they wanted, then on to the next for someone else to review and on and on. Thank you, I am pretty sure you will see us again!!”

“My Mother gave me the diamond that my Father gave her at their engagement. I had a necklace stick with a diamond in it that my husband gave me. I took that necklace to the Jewel Box and they duplicated it and placed my Mother's diamond in it. I wear both now. One is on a 16" chain and the other is on an 18" chain. It is the most precious piece of jewelry (next to my wedding ring) that I own.
