The staff care more about the neighborhood and client experience than they do the bottom line (though the bottom line still matters -- don't be stingy)!Bert is the heartbeat of the store. Do yourself a favor and stop by, say hello, and save yourself the grief by paying 0.01% more to have a truly grassroots experience.

The BEST ACE ever. Great helpful staff and the gardening center is amazing, as well as the interior of the store. Staff goes out of their way to help. Not just saying this cause we live here, we have been to ACE in Utah and Colorado, as well as the Indiana Martinsville ACE. Avoid the Martinsville ACE, if possible. Staff was so rude there. Fishers White's ACE is the best!!!

We always enjoy shopping here because the staff is so friendly and helpful. Today Jeff Voegele helped us purchase a couple Stihl products and talked us through the whole thing. He was very attentive and informative. Would definitely recommend this store for anyone needing home improvement project items! Thanks again Jeff!

This morning, Friday 4/26/24, I purchased an EGO self-propelled lawn mower from the ACE Hardware store on Allisonville Rd. in Fishers, IN.Jeff Voegele, Floor Supervisor, was my salesperson/team professional. Jeff's attention to detail, personality and helpfulness was absolutely over-the-top!!! They will not honor their online prices in-store. I wanted to verify the part was correct so I visited the store. What they claimed was in stock was not. An alternative was, but at 2x what it was advertised at online. When I asked at the counter they said I would have to order it online to get that price but I couldn't because it was 'out of stock' online.

It's so worth it to drive a little farther from where I live (and past the big box stores) to get the help offered at this Ace. It's a testament to the importance of a friendly face and a knowledgeable thought partner.

I have gone here a few times a year for a few yrs, never encountered the manager until this. I heard they were hiring so I applied and interviewed. I was interviewed by the store manager, an old white man with white hair. At least in his 70s and old enough to know better. He immediately began asking personal questions, talking about my breasts and pointing to female customers ( 2 girls about 13 or 14) employees comparing my body and breasts to theirs, he wanted to stand behind me while he had me pick up things saying he doubted i could with my breast size. I left in tears and my husband wants to get a hold of him. We will never shop there, my husband owns a lawncare company bought thousands of dollars worth of materials there ever yr, we will never go back, ive told everyone i know and reported them. I spoke to the district manager who said I wasn't an employee so he didn't nothing wrong. This man is disgusting.

Best customer service ever! Burt made my day—the store was out of the paint I needed, so he drove to the Carmel store, got the paint and dropped it off at my house! That is going above and beyond. Every time I am in the store, everyone is so kind and helpful. They make you feel like you are in a small town local hardware store!

Honestly, this place is amazing and these people are just as amazing. I lived in Fishers growing up but moved to Michigan. My mom is still in the area and my brother is on the south side of Indianapolis.I was looking to buy a traeger smoker and everybody is the Fishers/Indianapolis area could not get them until after Christmas (I needed it for Christmas as a gift for my brother). I called this place to see if they had any and they said that they did. I tried to reserve one as I was coming into town that weekend to buy one. They not only took care of me over the phone but offered to deliver it for me as well! Jeff and Rene were so nice in helping me take care of it over the phone and even scanned me a receipt and order list as confirmation.Customer service is pretty much dead everywhere else but it’s great to see these people still care about making a difference in someone’s buying experiences. Everyone I come home I will be stopping to buy something from this place
