The ladies here are very helpful and a joy to talk to. I now prefer this location due to the positive 20+ interactions I've had there.

Quality has really deteriorated at the branch in the past couple of months. JP Morgan Chase and its branches need to get their sh** together in this area. Tellers don't always know what their doing, bankers don't know how to speak to customers (at this branch). Inefficient operating procedures especially on Fridays.
