Poorly managed, very overly aggressive finance manager that tries shoves a warranty down your throat, basically refusing to process the deal without adding one. Got up and walked out. They contacted me later and the warranty wasn't needed but I still said no. They hounded me for weeks wanting me to come back and buy a vehicle....
