“I took my wife's car to Johnny's Muffler to have them take a look at the muffler, which was rusted out. The owner came out to take a look and agreed that the muffler was rusted out. He gave me his honest advice and professional opinion, and by doing what he recommended I was able to get her car back up to running like new. Anybody else in his position would have pushed for a muffler replacement, but he said we probably had some time still. Solid, Honest, Dependable company, 100%- not many of them left out there like that. I would recommend them to anybody looking for a trustworthy opinion and good work for a fair price. When it comes time for us to replace the muffler he will get our business without a doubt, and I will recommend them to Anybody and Everybody I know. Thank you again and God Bless.”

Salvage yards a little bit of yesteryear there's a novelty there in the old cars memories decades. Here lately it's been real nice going back in time because seeing and experiencing the present right now it's just way short of gratifying.”

“Fantastic customer service. Bought 2 cylinder heads from them online and had them shipped to Alabama. Fast shipping at a fair price. One of the heads had some cracks rendering it useless (the cracks were hidden, so I can't blame them for not noticing it). I contacted them about it and had a full refund for that head within a few hours.A pleasure to do business with them. I'll definitely check with them again next time I need used parts.”

“If I could give Classic Auto Body 10 stars I would happily do so. I brought my van there today after a powerful gust of Columbus wind damaged my driver side door upon opening it. It was bent so badly I couldn't open and close it properly.. I was going to drive back to my home in Chicago and have it fixed but decided to Google an auto collision place nearby. Classic Auto Body popped up on my phone. I drove over and I couldn't have been happier that I did. I found someone in the garage (Jamie) working on a car and told him what happened. He stopped what he was doing to take a look. He got a few tools and perfectly fixed the damage in 5 minutes. I asked, what do I owe you? Jamie said, not a thing. I went into the office, met the owners, Rhonda and Jim who are Jamie's parents and couldn't thank them enough. Not only was the work Jamie did to fix my van was perfect but I couldn't have met a nicer family (Jim and Rhonda) to thank for the work their son did... If you need collision work on your car I highly and happily recommend Classic Auto Body..”

“******PLEASE READ******So.. Thank you to Mr. Cross! I dealt with Cross about a certain vehicle. I missed a deal bc I waited to long. It was totally my fault. Someone walked in & purchased it before I made the deal a go. Cross didn't leave me. He went to work & tried his best to get me what I was specifically after. His numbers were phenomenal. I live in south Alabama, 600 Sumn miles away. I was going to make the trip bc he made it worth it. I was actually gone pay a small amount more just bc he was doing so much & well for us. He wanted to sell us a vehicle! Due to the specifics we wanted & with time frame & limited availability of our specifics, we just never got it done. With the heavy discounts of 10-15% off they were flying out doors sold. I wont give any exact figures but 10/15% off MSRP (10/15k) & 8/10k below KBB to me is a good deal. I mean everything out the door grand total. I have to buy my tag thats it. Me & my wife finally found one & got a deal worked out. It was just simply the matter of racing tryn to get what we were after. If we could have waited & knew we could have got it all done through Cross we would have done it. We were very specific on what we wanted. I felt we had to act the first chance that we got for it all to be done. I honestly wanted to give cross my business bc he did so much & made it so personal to help us. He was "working" for us so to speak. That's how I felt. The last time I called Cross I explained the deal to him & that I wasn't trying to twist his arm but we are just simply racing against time. That we found what we were after & it was just the time frame tryn to get one before the opportunity was gone. 2023, 2024s were on the way. He was totally understanding & agreeded that if we found it & could make it work for us that he can't blame us for that. He said if it DNT work out then let him know & he would try to get us one again. He was after one for us at this time but he was held up waiting for that dealer to confirm him being able to get it for us (it was like 6hrs from him). He did everything he could in the time he had. I will not hesitate to reach out to Cross again for a vehicle that's for sure. He makes it worth it for me. Cross, I think you may have missed ur calling being a car salesman lol. Think you should be doing motivational speaking or something. The very least leading training classes as a representative for professional development for new upcoming car salesmen. To the head person at Columbus Indiana CDJR. DNT take this man for grante. He is a valuable asset to your business & will benefit your dealership leaps & bounds in the future from the experience I had. Thank you!
