One phone call, and part was pulled and ready when I got there. They even washed it.

Drove all the way down there to find out the part I had paid for wasn't there because they had crushed the car and failed to inform anyone this had been done. Sent me to someone else who wanted to charge me more for the part. So in the end I SPENT money to drive down there and drive back empty handed.
